First 4 days no hot water. Then it was intermittent. So sometimes you go to have a shower and no hot water other times you'd get lucky. My co-worker had no phone in his room, so needed to walk down two flights to get service. We saw rats running around. Not.

Constant calling by the Staff for reconfirmations regarding the Reservation even after check in time being confirmed and advance payment being done. Was very frustrating after some point to keep addressing these repeated calls. The staff should learn to communicate better with each other, so that repeated calls to Guests do not need to be done.
